Preparation Instructions
- Marinate: Coat the white fish in half of the Green Marinade (blended parsley, ginger, garlic, scallion). Let rest.
- The Base: Sauté onions, locust beans, and tomato paste until fragrant. Add water and the remaining marinade to create a broth.
- Braise: Gently cook the eggplant, carrots, cabbage, and fish in the broth. Once tender, remove and set aside.
- The Rice: Add the washed broken basmati rice to the remaining broth. Cover and simmer until the rice is fluffy and has absorbed all the flavor. Serve composed.
